Job Description

  1. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify business opportunities, market trends, and competitive landscapes within the geotechnical and soil testing industry.
    • Develop strategic business plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets.

  2. Business Growth and Client Acquisition:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship building.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client needs and requirements.
    • Nurture relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

  3. Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Drive sales activities to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
    • Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements to secure profitable business deals.
    • Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management review.

  4. Marketing and Brand Promotion:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness in the market.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase services and build brand reputation.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and digital content.

  5. Relationship Management and Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government entities, industry associations, and regulatory bodies.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the geotechnical, construction, or civil industry.
  • In-depth understanding of geotechnical and soil testing methodologies, processes, and industry standards.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic .
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
