Consulting Managing Director In The Entertainment Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join Rubix family as a Consulting Managing Director. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of minimum 14 years of experience working with international consulting firms, with strong relations with key players in the entertainment industry in the Saudi market. In this role, you will work with the senior team to develop and execute plans to expand our business and introduce new service offerings.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth in the entertainment industry in KSA. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to develop actionable insights.
2. Drive business growth leveraging your network of contacts. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
3. Identify and establish strategic partnerships and alliances with key players in the entertainment industry. Collaborate with industry stakeholders to leverage resources, expand reach, and drive growth.
4. Lead client engagements by ensuring the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. Drive positive client relations to ensure business continuity and client satisfaction.
5. Design and implement strategic business solutions for clients, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches to drive transformation and achieve business objectives.
6. Manage the economics and financials of consulting projects, including budgeting, billing, and profitability analysis, to ensure financial success and client satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies. Manage risks associated with consulting projects.
8. Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance on project work and career progression to build a high-performing consulting team.
9. Participate in thought leadership activities, such as speaking at industry conferences and publishing articles.
10. Participate in the firm's internal initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
11. Prepare regular reports on business performance, client satisfaction, and project outcomes.
