Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR administration. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company attracts and retains top talent, while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be able to handle sensitive information confidentially, and have a strong understanding of HR best practices.


Responsibilities


Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks

Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation, ensuring a smooth onboarding process

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs

Maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy in HR systems

Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Support employee relations by investigating and resolving employee complaints and other workplace issues

Conduct training needs analysis and assist in the development and delivery of training programs
