Job Description


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws and company requirements.
  3. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  4. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  5. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees.
  6. Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  7. Handle employee grievances and mediate conflicts to ensure a positive work environment.
  8. Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  9. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management.
  10. Support the HR Manager in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  8. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
