Project Manager: – (Already Hired)
Project Engineer: Required minimum 5 Years Experience in Substation
Site Protection Engineer: Required minimum 5 Years Experience
Design Coordinator: Required minimum 5 Years Experience in OHL and major experience in Substation.
Planning Engineer: Required 2-3 Years Experience
Safety Engineer: Required 5 Years Experience in OHL
Surveyor: Required minimum 5 Years Experience in OHL
Surveyor Helper: Required 2 Years Experience
Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising Civil Activities at site i.e. Access Road, Structure Pad and Tower Foundations and Excavation of Trenches and Cable Laying.
Monitors Site work related to electrical transmission line & substation construction.
Monitor and report on sub-contractor's performance on all aspects of their work to include health and safety, KPI compliance and any other duties as assigned by senior management.
Witness sub-contractors' quality control inspections to ensure that the permanent works are constructed according to the contract, applicable codes, standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
Witness all testing like Soil Testing and Concrete and Foundation Testing and compliance with the approved plans and procedures.
Review contractor shop and as-built drawings, materials submittals, tie-in procedures, project schedules, and work permits and coordinate with the concerned departments for obtaining their approval and / or comments.
Reviews contractors' quality assurance and quality control programs, Inspection and test plans, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning procedures, for carrying out the works, and provides comments for transmittal to the contractors.
Organizes, coordinates, and conducts in conjunction with the concerned departments acceptance inspections and re-inspections of the completed permanent works, until all deficiencies are corrected and signed off.
Attend meetings with the Saudi Electric Company.
Review sub-contractor's invoices for correctness of quantities for the civil portion of the works.
