Whom are we looking for?
Our client is a leading payments & consulting firm. They are offering a significant opportunity for an experienced professional to oversee and support the launch of SME and corporate cards in Riyadh, KSA, for a 12-month term (extendable). The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering integrated card solutions to commercial customers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, operations, and technology.
This role is crucial in ensuring the commercial card division's profitability and cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. The project aims to enhance the end client bank's commercial card offerings, making it a vital part of a larger initiative to expand and improve banking products for SMEs and large corporates. Success will be measured through the performance metrics of the commercial card products, including revenue, profitability, and market engagement.
