Reach truck operator

We are looking for a skilled Reach Truck Operator to join our team in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be responsible for operating a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will also be responsible for maintaining the condition of the reach truck and ensuring it is operated safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1-5 years of experience operating a reach truck.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise
2. Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the reach truck
3. Ensure the reach truck is operated safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures
4. Load and unload materials onto and off of the reach truck
5. Verify and document the count and condition of merchandise being moved
6. Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
7. Ensure the reach truck is clean and organized
8. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
9. Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Preferred Candidate:

1. Prior experience as a reach truck operator
2. Valid reach truck operator certification
3. Ability to operate a reach truck in a fast-paced environment
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in counting and documenting merchandise
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
6. Ability to follow instructions and work independently
7. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
8. Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime if necessary
9. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures
10. High school diploma or equivalent
