Job Description
We are a Saudi startup that connects businesses with photographers and videographers to fulfill their marketing needs. We match the client with a photographer, manages the project and delivery, collects and submits payments between the two parties.
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager for a part-time position to manage client relationships and ensure project success from initiation to completion. This role offers a chance to engage directly with clients and photographers, ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Contact new leads to understand their photography needs.
- Project Coordination: Serve as the liaison between clients and photographers, managing request flows and communication.
- Client Relationship Management: Conduct regular follow-ups to guarantee needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying and addressing their needs.
- Document Creation: Prepare SLAs, receipts, quotes, and invoices by following the company standards.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports on progress, client feedback, and other key metrics.
- Meeting Participation: Attend weekly team meetings to provide insights into account progress.
