Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To assist in the supply market research while ensuring compliance with procurement frameworks. To provide ongoing reports and analysis. To Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a reliable supply chain.
Key Activities:
- Look up the market trend analysis and aid in the supply market research to Identify potential suppliers and vendors.
- Track the responsibilities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Aid in ensuring that the supply chain requirements of the business owners are met.
- Assist in keeping a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with the framework from stakeholders and business owners.
- Analyze data and produce insights using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Stay informed about relevant laws and regulations related to procurement, ensure all procurement activities comply with legal and internal policies and laws.
- Support in developing sourcing strategies for different category.
- Assist in the development of contract templates and agreements.
- Provide aid in ensuring that purchase orders are complete, approved, and properly documented.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
