• Commissioning, Supervision, Installation Guidance, Trouble Shooting of Industrial Boilers
• Project Handling and Guidance to customers from After Sales Activity
• Faulty component Diagnosis and handling Good Will / Warranty Claims
• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance, Risk assessment and Resource management activities in Service agreements
• Sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts & Execution
• Periodic Audit / Efficiency Trials of Boilers
• Tools and Asset management
• Training and Partners development in Middle East Region
• Creation of Awareness and Generation of Enquiries for Modernisation / Retrofit
• Participate in Technical Discussions to support sales in New Projects
• Spares and Service management 

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 5 to 6 years of Experience in Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Industrial Steam Boilers
• Hands on Experience with Burners and Burner Management Systems
• Thorough knowledge of Balance of Plant Accessories / Boiler House Accessories
• Reasonable knowledge on Steam Distribution and Steam Utilisation besides Proficiency in Steam Generation. 
• Experience in PLC & Building management systems
• Experience of managing Service contracts end to end and Renewal. 
• Proficiency in Written and Spoken English
• Proficiency in interaction with customers of diverse cultures.
• KSA Driving License Preferable
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Adaptability to diverse culture within the company and across the partners in the region.
