Technology Resilience Manager

The Technology Resilience Manager will be responsible for managing the Technology Resilience program and setting up a Resilience Office from scratch.

Candidates must have a background in launching large-scale Technology Resilience programs within large, complex organisations.

The Technology Resilience Manager will be responsible for:
Establish and lead the Technology Resilience programOverseeing the development and execution of resilience plans, disaster recovery strategies, and incident response proceduresDevelopment, implementation and continuous improvement of strategies to enhance the Technology ResilienceTechnology Risk assessment to identify and evaluate potential threats to IT systems, and impact on business operationsWork closely with infrastructure, network and architecture teams to ensure resilient IT architecturesTesting and validation of resilience plans; analysing/reporting of results, and developing/implementing remediation strategiesDeveloping incident response plans, procedures and processesStakeholder communication and reportingPromoting a Resilience cultureVendor management


Profile

The Technology Resilience Manager will be/have:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (Master's degree is preferred)8+ years of experience in IT resilience planning, disaster recovery, incident response and business continuity, with a track record of establishing and leading Technology Resilience programsPreviously worked in large, complex organisations with large-scale Resilience programsIdeally worked in technology reliant industries such as Oil & Gas, Financial Services/Banks, Hospitality, large Real Estate projects, government entities, etc.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networks in complex environments Critical thinking and business acumen; ability to analyse impact on businessStrong understanding of industry standards and frameworks related to IT resilienceStrong verbal and written communicationAbility to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisationBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhSaudi national (preferred)
