Job Description

About the job Administrative Assistant
  • General office Administration: including Answering Calls and doing correspondence.
  • Follow up on Payments and Collection of Customer payments as well as banking.
  • Preparing Contracts and Legal documents under HQ supervision.
  • Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of local office Petty cash.
  • Liaison with Local banks for the Company Accounts.
  • Ordering office Supplies and stocks and maintaining the filing system.
  • Coordination of official office meetings especially during visits to Dubai by Directors/Manager (7 to 10 days every 3-4 months).
  • Liaison with the DSOA Authorities for legal Company related, and Visa processing matters
  • Planning for Company Exhibitions CABSAT once a year Annual event.
  • Liaise with local logistics freight companies and clearing of office
  • consignments via courier or other modes of transport. As required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
  • Computer Literate
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office packages
  • Valid driving license Advantage
  • Have own car Added Advantage
  • Familiar with Dubai network and freezones regulations
