About the job Administrative Assistant
- General office Administration: including Answering Calls and doing correspondence.
- Follow up on Payments and Collection of Customer payments as well as banking.
- Preparing Contracts and Legal documents under HQ supervision.
- Maintain a system for recording expenses and the use of local office Petty cash.
- Liaison with Local banks for the Company Accounts.
- Ordering office Supplies and stocks and maintaining the filing system.
- Coordination of official office meetings especially during visits to Dubai by Directors/Manager (7 to 10 days every 3-4 months).
- Liaison with the DSOA Authorities for legal Company related, and Visa processing matters
- Planning for Company Exhibitions CABSAT once a year Annual event.
- Liaise with local logistics freight companies and clearing of office
- consignments via courier or other modes of transport. As required
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
- Computer Literate
- Conversant with Microsoft Office packages
- Valid driving license Advantage
- Have own car Added Advantage
- Familiar with Dubai network and freezones regulations
