Job Description

  • Supports team in achieving individual and team sales and gross margin targets
  • Identifies leads and opportunities and arranges meetings with clients along with relevant team members
  • Gathers sector specific knowledge and market requirements and recommends sector specific solutions of both products and services to the Sales Manager
  • Assists the Sales Manager in developing sector penetration strategies specific to the position’s assigned sector
  • Assist the Sales Manager in preparing performance metrics, setting sales targets and prepares monthly progress reports towards achieving agreed on targets and performance metrics
  • Maintains effective market intelligence specific to the sector and early warning service related to market trends

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant degree, from an accredited institution
  • 6 years previous experience in various roles of Sales activities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information
  • User of ERP software, preferably in Microsoft Dynamix 365
  • Ensures maintenance of highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity in daily operational engagement
