Group Operation & Commercial Manager
*With Experience in GCC & International
Job Description:
a. To coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
b. The Group Commercial Manager will be charged with executing the commercial and business development strategy of the portfolio businesses within the Group
c. This will include building the commercialization infrastructure needed, the go to-market strategy, product road map and market adoption of the company’s products and capabilities.
d. He/she will interface with other group and subsidiary executives in the direction of the company’s medium- and long-term strategies.
e. Develop product plan and roadmap incorporating a short, mid and longer-term view of market opportunities and how the organization can position itself to serve those needs
f. Determines annual gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new services; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand
g. Formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance
g. He should sufficient experience in uae and other gcc countries in the same position
Qualification:
* With Minimum 10 years in GCC & International Experience is preferred.
* University graduate with a degree in Business, Operations or related discipline. MBA/ MSc and/ or MA is a plus.
* Demonstrates skills, knowledge and experience in strategies and techniques required for achieving sales targets.
* Demonstrates strong negotiating skills
* Proficiency in customer relationship management.
* Good English Communication skills (Arabic language is a plus).
* Proficient administrative skills.
