MATERIAL COORDINATOR
Knowledge& Experiences required:-
• Bachelor Degree, ideally in business administration or Science or Engineering.
• 3-5 years work experience in Supply chain & Logistics environment in aviation industry.
• MS Office & Excel knowledge to prepare various reports.
• Knowledge on the Oracle, Trax system and functions or any other ERP specialization.
• Working knowledge in project scheduling, purchasing, shipping terms and processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature, empathetic and professional.
• Independent self-starter with attention to detail.
• Possesses integrity and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Able to collaborate with and motivate others.
• Amicable.
• Ability to organize workload, adapt quickly to change, and deliver under the pressure of deadlines.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
• Full compliance of Company policies, procedures and strategy.
• Recommend improvements to departmental procedures so that all relevant procedure /legislative requirements
are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost effective service to customers.
Principal Accountabilities
• Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and
services with suppliers.
• Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
• Execution and monitoring of all regular Supply chain & Logistics duties for Royal Jet & Presidential Flight.
• Coordinate with user departments and suppliers in the purchasing scope of work for projects assigned.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for various requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company
policies and procedures, on ERP system.
• Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and
sub-contractors assigned.
• Source for new parts, suppliers or sub-contractors when the need arises.
• Preparing cost analyses, budgets and reports.
• Coordination with 3rd party clients & related departments for manage airplanes or projects for necessary
supports in Supply chain & Logistics and for clearing & recharging invoices.
• Should use judgement and practical thinking in executing job responsibilities.
Reports
• Ensure that all reports of procurement are prepared timely and accurately and meet company/department
requirements, policies and standards.
Other Task
• Any other reasonable request or work task as allocated by the Line Manager or Executive Management.
