About the job Personal Assistant
The purpose of the role is to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to the Company's CEO and direct family in Dubai. The role is front facing, requiring direct collaboration with high net worth individuals.
Main responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact between the Company CEO and direct family members and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments in cooperation with CEOs assistants in Geneva.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Take dictation and minutes.
- Produce presentations and briefs as needed.
Education:
- Higher education required
Profile / Key Skills:
- Proven work experience as a personal assistant or in similar positions.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- MS Office and English proficiency.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Fluency in Russian and any other language a plus.
