Junior to Mid-Level Internal Recruiter

As they continue to expand their operations, they are seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join their HR team as a Junior to Mid-Level Internal Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures.
  

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the construction industry.
  
• Proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates across a range of roles and levels.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate with candidates effectively and stakeholders.
  
• Polished and professional demeanour, with a high level of integrity and discretion.
  
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
