Description
Source candidates from job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.Craft compelling job descriptions and ads for open positions.Build and manage a strong pool of qualified candidates.Review resumes and applications for fit and cultural alignment.Conduct initial phone screens and interviews.Administer skills and ability assessments.Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.Prepare interview materials and provide feedback.Maintain clear and open communication with candidates.Cultivate positive candidate relationships and potential talent pool.Keep candidate records updated in ATS.Generate recruitment reports and metrics.Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and strategies.Attend events to expand talent pool and stay informed.Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.Document recruitment activities and candidate interactions.


Profile
UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or similar role, with a strong track record of successful candidate placements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with setting up and using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.Knowledge of labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
