Warehouse Supervisor (FMCG)

1) Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly to warehouse staff 2) Supervise stock control, ensure storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring; document recording and data entry into system 3) Planning, organizing and controlling of assigned Warehouses over-all operations 4) Constantly plan out warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets 5) Make plans to develop staff 6) Follow up & control daily absence / over time and inform the same to Supply chain Manager 7) Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock 8)       Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area 9) Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods aging report, manpower status report to Warehouse Manager 10) Follow up ERP program against with actual activities 11) Keeping of daily work log book 12) Improvement & development of warehouse 13) Improve business processes with the division manager           14) Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration Requirements Degrees & Education:          Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge & Experience: 3 -5 years of experience in Ware Housing Operation ·         Advanced MS Office ·         Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language – oral and written) ·         Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment. ·         Problem solving and analytical skills, ·         Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period ·         Sound understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics system
