  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and software
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clients when required

  • Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures

  • Developing reports for teams across the business


المهارات

Educational Qualification and Experience:

 Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or Computer Engineering or related field.

  • PowerBI
  • SSRS, Financial reports
  • MS Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance and operation)
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM
  • MS SharePoint (Preferred)
  • Cloud applications and services (Office 365, OneDrive for Business, Teams, etc.).
