This position is responsible for the sale and marketing of the organization's products and managing the sales and marketing staff and company showroom.
Essential Functions
Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets.
Assist in hiring sales staff.
Manages, trains, coordinates and supervises sales staff.
Assists sales staff with contract negotiations, closing the sale and developing marketing plans.
Attends trade shows.
Coordinates/ assists/ leads sales meetings.
Keeps informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
Initiates, filters, and reports potential new suppliers.
Develops sales and marketing reports, forecasts and plans.
Checks on competitive activity and develops new methods of sales development.
