. Responsible for implementation of QC plan,
2. Supervise discipline Inspectors assist and improve the Quality control functions.
3. Monitor the day-to-day activities of discipline inspectors.
4. Ensure the Control of Nonconformities by implementing the proactive approach.
5. Ensure the daily Surveillance visit conducting by the discipline inspector's and report to supervisor, Coordinate for TPI.
6. Maintain quality records and ensure those records are collated and compiled in accordance with requirement.
7. Review extent of WPS & NDT procedures, methods statements of Vendors /Subcontractors for adequacy in relation to customer’s quality requirement.
8. Prepare and Submit two weeks look ahead schedule.
9. Control of RFI’s, review and issue the RFI's, updates of RFI log Monitoring Inspection progress, liaise with Client inspectors for quality Concerns.
10. Prepare the weekly report, TWLA, assist QC Manager for Quality issues.
11). Liaise with TPA/ coordinate and control of sub-contractor / Outsourced QC inspectors.
12. Work Closely with QC Manage accomplish the task that assigned by QC Manager.
13. He shall be act and perform other activities as assigned by his direct reporting Manager
University Degree Mechanical / Piping Background
Minimum 7 years Inspection experience in Oil and Gas, petrochemical, and infrastructure SOW projects has minimum 3 years of directly related supervision and construction activities.
