Duties and Responsibilities

• loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries items.
• verifying the accuracy of shipments, checking for damaged items, and reporting any discrepancies to storekeeper.
• safely operating forklifts, hand trucks, and other equipment to move and transport supplies within the warehouse.
• organize and storing supplies in designated locations, ensuring proper labelling and inventory tracking.
• Disposing of packaging materials and waste in accordance with hospital policies.
• Attending meeting with fire and safety and GCI & PS as per request and Adhering to infection control and safety protocols while handing and. storing items.
• Assisting with periodic inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and identify stock shortage or excesses.
• communicating and coordinating with other departments to fulfil supply requests promptly and accurately.
• Attending accidentally complain like fire, flood water, pipe broken then immediately informed to concern department and storekeeper.
• Assist to warehouse staff for daily office routine work
