Compliance Manager/مدير التزام

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and requirements in the Saudi Arabian market. As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement compliance programs, conduct audits, and provide training to employees on compliance matters. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
2. Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with internal policies and procedures.
3. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.
5. Investigate and respond to compliance-related issues, including internal and external complaints and reports.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry associations.
7. Prepare and submit reports on compliance activities to senior management and regulatory authorities.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in compliance management.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 12 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
2. Strong knowledge of local and international regulatory frameworks and requirements.
3. Excellent understanding of the financial services industry and related compliance issues.
4. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
9. Professional certification in compliance management, such as Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), is preferred.
