We are hiring Call Center Trainer - Riyadh

- Assist in the development of training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance call center agents' communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to identify training gaps and design targeted interventions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and managers to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for process enhancements and training interventions.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to new and existing call center agents, focusing on customer service excellence and efficient call handling techniques.
