- Monitor performance metrics and take proactive measures to address deviations.
- Initiate and analyze projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and promote company goals and objectives within the organization.
- Supervise and support the implementation of pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the operations team, fostering a culture of growth and development.
