Job Description

  • He shall be fully familiar with and aware of international codes and Standards. Including Saudi Aramco Standards.
  • Verification of Quantity Take off from Contractual / Bid / V/s IFC for Civil, Mechanical / Piping / E & I.
  • Prepare evaluation for variation.
  • Checking and finalizing subcontractor’s Valuation and Preparing Payment Certificate.
  • Preparation of Material requisition plan.
  • Assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies to ensure the proposals will work. 
  • Prepare and analyze the cost of the tender. 
  • Analyzing terms and conditions of the contract. 
  • Predicting potential risks in the project and taking precautions to mitigate such.
  • Forecasting the costs of different resources needed for the project.
  • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other documentation.
  • Tender management includes preparation of bills of quantities, contract conditions and assembly of tender documents.
  • Contract management and contractual advice.
  • Valuation of construction work.
  • Claims and Dispute management.
  • Life Cycle Cost analysis.
  • Value Engineering. (Quantity Extraction of Post IFC and advice if any).
