Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Marketing:
  • Develop and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to drive online sales and revenue growth.
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and social media ads.
  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance online visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to improve the online shopping experience.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and others.
  • Create engaging and relevant content, including posts, stories, and visuals.
  • Build and grow a loyal social media community.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Email Marketing:
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Create and design email newsletters and promotional materials.
  • Monitor email marketing performance and make data-driven improvements.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, website traffic, and social media engagement.
  • Use data insights to make informed marketing decisions and improve strategies.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.


Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce marketing and social media management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing techniques, including SEO and SEM.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Creativity and an eye for design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and emerging platforms.
