Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development principles and be proficient in sales and marketing techniques. They will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities, as well as expanding our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to reach target markets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of business development principles, sales and marketing techniques, and negotiation strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
