3D Visualization Architect

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Visualization Architect with a minimum of 8 years of experience. As a 3D Visualization Architect, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and realistic architectural visualizations and renderings for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership personality and a high level of presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Create high-quality architectural visualizations and renderings using 3D modeling software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
2. Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and develop visualization concepts.
3. Translate architectural plans and sketches into detailed 3D models.
4. Apply textures, lighting, and materials to 3D models to create realistic visualizations.
5. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all visualizations.
6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior visualization artists.
8. Present and communicate visualizations to clients and stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and presentations.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D visualization techniques and software.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in 3D visualization and architectural rendering.
2. Strong leadership personality and high level of presentation skills.
3. Proficient in 3D modeling software such as 3Ds Max, Lumion, and Photoshop.
4. Experience with Revit is preferred.
5. Strong artistic and design skills.
6. Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and concepts.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong communication and presentation skills.
9. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
10. Knowledge of virtual reality and augmented reality technologies is a plus.
