Job Description

A. Basic Scope of Work:

  • Responsible for IP Telephony management .


B. Accountabilities:

  • Monitor the performance IP telephony Servers.
  • Maintain the IP telephony diagrams and related documentation.
  • Co-ordination with vendors for Resolution of Issues.
  • Apply the software and IOS required updates and patches after getting customer approval for network and IP telephony servers.
  • Perform systems Configuration Backup/Restore with regular restore process.
  • Participate in daily operation tasks assigned .
  • Perform telephony configuration changes on voice gateways and telephony servers if required.
  • Perform IP Phones configuration changes across SDB locations.

Skills

B. Experience:

  • 5+/- Years of experience in Same role.


C. Education:

  • Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology or any related stream.


D. General Remarks:

  • Only Riyadh Based resources can apply / Banking Sector.
  • Nationals can apply for the role.
  • Final total package is SAR 13,000/- unnegotiable.
