Job Description
The Online Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of online orders from various platforms including our website, Noon, Amazon, and delivery apps. This role includes data entry into the system, preparation of products for dispatch, handling product deliveries to the shipping company, and managing returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update product information in the system to ensure all listings are current and correct.
- Product Preparation: Ensure products are properly prepared for dispatch, including packaging, labeling, and quality checks.
- Order Fulfillment: Oversee the entire order fulfillment process to guarantee timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
- Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth pickup and delivery of orders.
- Returns Management: Handle the receipt and processing of returned goods, assessing condition and determining the appropriate action.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and perform regular updates to prevent stock discrepancies.
Skills
This position requires someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in online retail or logistics is preferred.
