As an operations manager, you will oversee the purchase or sale of real estate property on behalf of our business or private investor. You are also responsible to identify good property investment opportunities,


Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organise, direct, manage and evaluate the inventory management activities.
  • Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels, inventory movements and identify gaps.
  • Develop and implement TOP improvement plans.
  • Conduct investigations into inventory management incidents in order to verify and resolve complaints.
  • Remain current with the latest inventory management and sales transactions.
  • Confer with other department management and staff to coordinate inventory management activities.
  • Liaise with the technical department to ensure timely deliveries of information.
  • Stay up-to-date with new projects and facilities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Lead Agent.
  • Manage complex calendars, current projects, customer fire drills and various project needs.
  • Lead and provide support and follow up on various businesses and special projects as assigned by Lead Agent which touch on a broad range of topics.
  • Conduct, research and create reports and/or presentations.
  • Manage client relations and CRM.
  • Take ownership of the department and the different functions within it. 
  • Maintain an orderly workflow according to the priorities 
  • Coordinate and give feedback to the concerned departments on business processes and any client complaints. Maintain working relationships with all concerned departments 
  • Mentor and develop the operations team and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment 
  • Analyse statistics & data and compile accurate reports. Analyse and improve process and service procedures, policies, and standards 
  • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions 
  • KPI management and tracking team member performance 
  • Continuously look towards improving the existing operations and focusing on scale.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices 
  • Formulate strategic and operational objectives
