Our client: A leading E-commerce solutions company is looking to hire an Online Branding Lead to be based in Dubai.
Your role: Lead the creation and execution of tailored social media marketing strategies for the UAE market, prioritizing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. Direct all aspects of social media management, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring, to optimize results. Work closely with internal teams across different locations, ensuring social media efforts align with broader marketing goals. Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, tailored to the preferences and interests of the regional audience. Stay updated on local trends and industry developments in Dubai and the UAE to enhance campaign effectiveness. Utilize analytics tools to evaluate social media campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Must have: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Ideal candidates possess 1-3 years of social media marketing experience, demonstrating a profound understanding of the UAE market and its cultural nuances. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, enabling the creation of compelling content tailored to local audiences. Applicants should have an analytical mindset, adept at utilizing social media analytics tools for data-driven decision-making. Creativity, problem-solving skills, and a passion for digital innovation are crucial. Ability to collaborate across diverse locations and time zones with flexibility and adaptability is required. Fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic proficiency is advantageous. Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment is preferred.
