Project Manager - Exhibition Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven ability to coordinate complex exhibitions and full-scale multi-level international events. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English and extensive experience in organizing intricate international events involving equipment deliveries, booth setups, and personnel management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planning and execution of complex exhibitions and multi-level international events.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams and C-Level to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors, overseeing procurement processes and negotiations.
• Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
• Navigate complex interpersonal dynamics and build strong working relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, working closely with relevant authorities as necessary.
• Facilitate the relocation process for events scheduled in different locations worldwide.
• Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
