- Supporting the daily training and development of academy players, focusing on enhancing skills, tactical knowledge, and fitness.
- Regular travel to the UAE and KSA to collaborate closely with soccer academies, ensuring the successful delivery of the coaching program.
- Working alongside senior coaching staff to design and deliver effective training sessions and strategies for games.
- Engaging in scouting and evaluation processes to identify promising players within the academies.
- Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for all players under supervision.
- Must possess at least a basic level FIFA or FA Coaching Badge.
- A strong passion for football and a dedicated interest in player development.
- Excellent skills in communication and team collaboration.
- Must be willing to undertake significant travel to the Middle East as required by the role.
- Prior experience in coaching or playing football is advantageous but not essential.
