Description

The Digital Solutions Manager will be responsible for:
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand needs and identify opportunities for digital transformationActing as the link between the business and Technology department and vendorsWorking closely with Procurement department to identify and select appropriate off-the shelf solutions where necessaryDesigning platforms that will be utilised by clientsEnsuring timely development/customisation and implementation of digital solutionsWorking closely with technology teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet stakeholder expectations and business objectivesSeeking opportunities to introduce innovation, emerging technologies and best practices in logistics technologyUser acceptance testing (UAT)Providing user training for digital solutionsApplication support; ensuring stability of Digital SolutionsRecruitment and management of teamAnalysis of systems performance and usageData analytics and reporting


Profile

The Digital Solutions Manager will be/have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)7+ years of experience in delivering Digital Solutions within the Logistics/Transportation industryIdeally working in a large Logistics company, or technology consultancy focusing on Logistics solutionsStrong knowledge of vendors and available solutions in the marketStrong understanding of logistics and transportation processesExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsAbility to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisationBased in/willing to relocate to Riyadh


Job Offer

The package for Digital Solutions Manager will be between SAR 30,000-35,000 plus family benefits (including schooling).
