Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To act as a main point of contact between Digitization and Technology Business Unit and all Tahakom departments in order to effectively communicate and understand business requirements and technological needs ensuring alignment with Tahakom’s digitization strategy.
Key Activities
Business Relationship Management:
- Keep abreast of latest industry trends to ensure effective offering of business advice and consultancy to Tahakom departments.
- Coordinate with EA and Services Assurance Department to continuously receive updated business requirements documents and develop timely solutions for requirements.
- Work closely with all Tahakom departments to understand business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.
- Provide continuous support to relevant internal stakeholders in terms of offering business advice and consultancy.
- Support in identifying service portfolio solutions such as new systems, products and technologies.
- Act as a link between Digitization and Technology Business Unit and all Tahakom departments and coordinate the delivery of services that meet business needs.

- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes and operating procedures to others
- Adhere to risk management rules and regulations in delivery of own work to ensure compliance at all times

Skills
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Experience
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent is required.
